The always small and always misunderstood foreign assistance budget faces on-going threat because it has no obvious constituency. Except — it does! People of faith and courage ARE its natural constituency. Please take a minute to contact your Senators and Representatives to say thank you for their bipartisan support! A U.S. global footprint helps to protect the most marginalized people around the world. And let them know we have their backs in budget debates!

AT-A-GLANCE:

The International Affairs Budget is made up of "accounts" (in government-­speak) that are collectively called the tongue-twisting "Poverty­-Focused Development Assistance” or PFDA for short.
